All our footwear and apparel is custom-made to order especially for YOU. 

Quality, precision and integrity are central to the Sweet Peas ethos. We are passionate about our craft and the process involved, ensuring time and care go into every pair of shoes and garments we make, lending to our 14 - 17 WORKING days Factory process lead time. 

PLEASE ALLOW FOR 14 - 17 WORKING DAYS for FACTORY PROCESS LEAD TIME & 2 TO 4 DAYS, to COURIER your parcel to you (depending on your area).

YOU WILL RECEIVE A EMAIL ONCE WE HAVE COMPLETED YOUR ORDER, PACKED IT UP & ITS READY TO BE SHIPPED TO YOU, ALONG WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER.  (You will receive this email approximately 14 - 17 working days from the day you placed your order)

COURIER LEAD TIME:

  • National Main City Hubs: (CT, JHB, PE, EL & Surrounds) - Flat rate of R120  - Door to Door delivery takes 2 to 3 working days, via Aramex
  • Tracking number starts with: DBP… It has been sent with ARAMEX
  • Tracking number starts with: CA or VA. It has been sent with FASTWAY
  • Tracking number starts with: TCG… It has been sent with THE COURIER GUY

    Guarantee / Exchanging of shoes:
    Workmanship & Component Quality Guarantee
    Sweet Peas will exchange or repair shoes with quality-related issues provided, that they are returned within 6 months of purchase. (Proof of the date purchased, will need to be provided)

    We regret that we will not be able to exchange shoes where there has been improper care or excessive wear and tear. Please e-mail us at info@sweetpeas.co.za if you have any queries relating to an order or return.  We will respond within 24 hours.
