Shipping

Can I track my order?

Yes you can. You will receive your tracking number with your shipping confirmation email. We use Aramex & Fastway courier services.

How will my order be sent?

Orders are sent via Aramex or Fastway.  Should you not be t home to receive your parcel during business hours, you can request your parcel to be sent to your nearest Postnet for you to collect at your convenience. Just add the full address of the Postnet near you. 

How does production take?

Our factory lead time is 12 to 14 working days, this is due to your order being custom made from scratch. Please allow for the additional courier lead time once your parcel has been dispatched. 

How long does shipping take?

Please note this is courier lead time, excluding our factory lead time to make up your custom order.

Local (KZN): 1 to 2 working days
Cape Town, JHB, surrounds and outlying: 2 to 3 working days

Where do you ship from?

We ship out of our office in Durban, South Africa.

Returns

Can I exchange my product?

If you want to exchange a product to a different size you can send us an email to info@sweetpeas.co.za and let us know which item you want to exchange. You will then receive return instructions and we will send you the new product as soon as we get the return.

How can I return an item?

You can return an unworn item within 7 days of receiving your order. To start the return process, send an email to info@sweetpeas.co.za and let us know which item you want to return. We will then send you instructions on where to send the item. Please do not send us returns without contacting us first. 

Who pays for the shipping when I return an item?

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns at his point. You will have to cover the shipping costs for any returns yourself. Please make sure you have measured your feet accurately and have referred to our size chart to determine your correct size.

Can I make any custom changes to my order?

Yes, as all our orders are custom made to order , we have added a “special instructions” box on check out where you can request a special change to be make to your sandal. For Example: Looser straps for broader feet, tighter straps and narrow base for narrow feet, etc.

My item is defective

Oh no! We are truly sorry that you’ve received a faulty item! We carefully inspect each item before sending them but damages can occur during shipping. Please send a picture of the broken item to info@sweetpeas.co.za and we will arrange an exchange for you. Of course, we will refund you any additional shipping costs that may occur.

Payment

What payment options do you offer?

We accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our Payfast portal.

Products

How will the shoes be packaged?

Your item will come wrapped in tissue paper and in a shoe box. They are then packed into a shipping bag so we can try to ensure your item gets to you safely.

What shoe sizes do you offer?

At the moment we offer 6 sizes, from (36 to 42) / (3 to 9) and due to popular demand we have recently launched Size 9 to our sizing curve.
